  Wish I could give negative numbers to or negative star I have been a State Farm customer for over 10 years well over 10 years these people have tried to screw me over numerous times every time we have an issue and we try to call the agents at this place it is always something new and are very rude so my wife gets rude back and hangs up on them because they said I don't know if we can take care of that situation in enough time so they want to charge me overcharged me for insurance that I do not have a vehicle for that we called two months ago and told them to cancel the policy and a motorcycle please take a different agent or something these people are horrible. Just received a phone call from the agency lady was talking to me I was upset I was there customer and she started getting an attitude with me and customer service you don't do that customer service you try to be as understanding as possible and try to just try to fix the problem yes sometimes you have to take but chewins but that's just part of dealing with the public you don't get attitude back with them very very poor agent or poor customer service representative.
